Fixedrelate Windows & Siding is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you replace windows or install siding, you may want to receive homeowner calls from our network. This is not a job with us. You stay your own business.

Who We Are Looking For

• Independent contractors who do window replacement
• Residential siding contractors, including vinyl siding installers
• Providers who serve Portland and the Portland area
• Businesses that take jobs of at least two windows

Our calls are for replacement and installation. We do not send repair requests.

What We Expect

Homeowners are told to ask hard questions. We hope you welcome them. Here is what we look for:

1. Clear estimates in writing. Materials, labor and timing should be easy to read. 2. Honest answers. Do not overpromise on price, timing or results. 3. Proper paperwork. Follow local licensing, insurance and permit rules. 4. Care for the home. Wet weather, crawl spaces and older craftsman framing need careful work. 5. Prompt follow-up. Homeowners notice when a provider answers.

How to Apply

• Business name and the services you offer
• Areas you cover
• Typical job size
• A short note on how you handle warranties and written quotes

Then wait for a reply. Not every applicant will be a fit for every area. Fit depends on where homeowners need providers.
