Fixedrelate Windows & Siding is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Portland and the Portland area with independent providers of window replacement and siding installation. We are not a contractor. The provider does the work, not Fixedrelate Windows & Siding.
Why This Site Exists
Picking an exterior provider is hard. Quotes differ. Terms are unclear. Many homeowners are not sure what to ask. So this site does two jobs:
1. It connects you with a local provider. 2. It gives you a checklist to judge that provider.
Good work protects your home. Wet seasons, moss and wind test every joint. A poor install can let damp into wood framing. That can hurt the home's condition and its resale value later.
How Matching Works
First, you call or send a request. Next, you share the basics: how many windows, what siding you have, and what kind of home it is. Then we pass your request to a provider in our network who works in your area.

What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Give clear, written estimates
- Answer questions about materials, timing and warranty terms
- Follow local permit and licensing rules
- Treat the home with care
This is a standard, not a promise about any one job. Always check details yourself.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not install windows or siding.
- We do not set provider prices.
- We do not handle repairs. Calls are for window replacement and installation, with at least two windows.
- We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee to Fixedrelate Windows & Siding. Homeowners do not pay Fixedrelate Windows & Siding to be connected. Your price is set between you and the provider. Get it in writing.
